“Before I found Jillian and her Power Barre class I had myself convinced that working out was not in the cards for me anymore. Anytime I tried something new it would always lead to injury. Even running, which was my passion, was not possible anymore. After being stagnant for a while I searched for something low impact and found barre. One class and I was hooked!! Jillian has been dancing all her life and is very knowledgable in building strength, balance and flexibility WITHOUT injury. She is always switching up the classes, keeping it fun and different. It doesn’t matter what your level is from very beginner to advanced, this class is for everyone. Be warned: You will have muscles sore you never knew existed!! It’s a great group of ladies and always so welcoming to new “Barre Belles”. I highly recommend it. I’m addicted!!!!”
“I love going to Barre. It’s a lot more fun than other classes I’ve taken, and the the workouts are relatively easy moves (I’m not coordinated at all), but they target individual muscles so much better than other workouts I’ve done. You can literally feel your bum getting a lift with these exercises. I’ve been at it for a few months and just love coming to class. Jillian creates a warm welcoming environment for people of all skill levels to enjoy.”

“After lifting heavy weights for a couple of years and doing a lot of distance running, I was starting to experience more pain and injuries. I decided to try a power barre class to see if it would challenge me enough to keep me strong, but be gentle enough on my body to avoid injuring so easily. After two classes, I became a member and I am now 13 weeks in and have gotten stronger and more flexible. Jillian is an amazing instructor and makes sure you get the most out of every exercise! I used to work out at home and was not sure I would like being in a class setting, but she makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Power Barre has been the perfect compliment to my running and I am excited to continue classes while training for my upcoming marathon!”

“I love this class! I am currently not in shape, and was intimidated on attending my first class. Jillian was very encouraging and I was surprised that I was able to do a lot more than I thought.
