Assisted Prop Yoga

Muscular Endurance & Stretch and Mindfulness

Power-Up was created to help our clients maximize their  weight loss and endurance goals.  The element of higher  intensity cardiovascular training has been missing  from barre training,  but it exists so clearly in the dance world. A major  contributor to  weight loss, muscle development,  and physique is a level of high intensity training   and is necessary in dance of all   styles. In the tradition of barre,  following the ballet class method,  we will work small quick movements and large quick movements in  interval series to elevate the heart  rate, separated by lengthening or  dynamic stretching in between to  safely accelerate and recover  heart rate. The circuits will continue for 20 minutes followed by a 10 minute ab series, and and with mobility stretch.

Baby & Me Yoga

60 Minutes

Happy, playful gentle yoga exercises that help engage your child’s developmental skills in a safe environment for baby to explore while we work out. Class will end with a bonding savasana.

We will create health and balance both mind and body, with the strengthening theories behind ballet, which create long, lean, flexible muscles and Pilates principles that focus on core and posture.


We finish the class with relaxation and visualization techniques.

Progressive Ballet Technique

Thursdays 5:30pm, 7:30pm

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet. Using conditioning exercises and equipment, students will learn in depth body awareness of their core, rotation, feet, and upper body strength and flexibility.
